Char Crust Dry Rubs
Char Crust Dry Rubs originated in a Chicago steakhouse in the 1950s. The recipe was created using a unique combination of herbs, spices, and sugars to create a flavorful crust on steaks served in the steakhouse. In 1991, the founders' son Bernard used the name Char Crust as the company’s brand name and added many new flavors to their line of unique dry-rub seasonings. Today, Char Crust, Inc. still manufactures all its products with high-quality, kosher, and natural ingredients with clean label standards that can be used on all types of meats, seafood, and vegetables for indoor and outdoor grilling.
