Dryden & Palmer

Dryden & Palmer was established in 1876 by Charles Dryden and Noah Palmer in Baltimore, Maryland. They acquired the Maryland Rock Candy Works and continued producing and selling old-fashioned rock candy. Their rock candies are made from pure cane sugar in natural sugar crystal forms in different varieties - swizzle sticks, candy crystals, and candy strings. Today, Dryden & Palmer remains one of the few traditional makers and distributors of rock candy in the US.
